Cancel and Returns

Once your order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to request any changes or cancellation. After that, your item moves into production and cannot be modified.

Since all PrintAFace items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, if your item arrives with a printing issue or damage, we’ll take care of it by sending a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping and production timelines vary by product, so please review the details listed on each product page for the most accurate delivery estimates.

To speed up delivery and reduce our environmental impact, some orders may ship from multiple fulfillment locations.
